    Can not play Any game from disc on Xbox One


    Last Friday I got error 0x803f900 when trying to play a game from disc. I went ahead and renewed my Xbox gold membership. However I continue to get this error or error code 0x82d4004 for every single xbox disc game I have (over 20). None of my games are scratched. All worked just fine before November 12th. And As of November 12th I have an Xbox membership that shows is good until Feb 2022. Help please.

    DVD movies work so presume the disc drive is still good.

    Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

    Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

    Press the Menu key on your controller.
    Click Settings, devices & streaming, and then go Blu-Ray.
    Select Persistent Storage.
    Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    Step 2: Power cycle your console.

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.
    Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 
    Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.
