Xbox live account problem

I paid live gold monthly... When began a new month I decided to pay yearly. So I canceled Xbox live gold in my microsoft account and I wanted to start new payment. Payment does not work. My microsoft accoun says "xbox live gold finished on 17.9." and xbox.com
says "xbox live gold is active". So now I can not play games with gold in my Xbox One and I can not pay and activate it. Please help

 

Cant use currency to pay for live?

I used a code worth 100 dollars and can not pay for xbox live gold . I can add a credit card but I can not pay the money from my account microsoft . Please help as fast !!!
