Can not Login

I can sign in at the Xbox and Microsoft Website

and I have not changed anything and the Problems started when i opened the first time (Yesterday)

If you are still experiencing the same issue, follow the steps below to reset the Windows Store cache. 

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 
3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 
4. Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 
5. Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.   If there is no option for you to update it, uninstall and reinstall the app.

• Are you still able to sign in to the
  Xbox Account website?
• Are you still able to sign in to the
  Microsoft Account website?
• Have you done any change on your account prior to the issue?
• When did the problem start?
• Were you able to access Xbox App on the same computer before?

This is probably a problem with Warframe though.

I can run other Microsoft games and they login fine.. but Microsoft Solitaire Collection will not login and says it can not login and points me to the explorer login... I have re-installed the game... reboot my windows 8.1
