can not login to xbox on new computer

I have a new pc. I am not able to signin to xbox via solitaire. I can login via my browser. It recognizes my screen name and has my achievements. I have tried all solutions from the faq's. I have uninstalled and reinstalled solitaire,xbox and Microsoft
store. I have no problem from my old computer.

Sorry to hear that.

It could be that the number of access to your Microsoft Account was exceeded, or perhaps your "old computer" is not compatible with the Xbox App requirements? I would highly doubt that, but really, it could be a possibility.

I highly suggest you sign out of all devices, and try signing in again.

the problem is that when accessed by the solitare game xbox does not recognize the new computer. when i sign in to xbox from a browser there is no problem.

Would it be possible for me to create a new Microsoft email address for myself and have that linked to everything on my old email (Office365 subscription, computer login etc.) except xbox so my son can continue to use my old one?
