    Can Not Login To My Xbox Account


    Was playing my Xbox and was logged out while playing it. Thought my controller just disconnected so I tried logging back in. It then told me something’s wrong with my account and to visit account.live.com. When I logged in it told me my account was locked. “Due to suspicious activity” I am uncertain of what I have done that could’ve possibly resulted in this. I do not email anyone, and when I do login to my account I login from the same device every time. Someone did threaten to take my account so maybe that’s what happened. I have reset my password & have verified I own the account a vast amount of times and I’m STILL unable to login to my account.Not only can I not login but no one is responding to me to assist me in recovering my account. I can provide any piece of information that is required to validate that I am the owner of this account. I just want my account back, it contains all of my data & progress with the games I play.

    But there is no contacting them. It renders me with options to resolve the lock of my account. I need to contact someone. Like individually.

    Since my account is locked it tells me to sign in which I am. And whenever I do click it tells me my account is locked. I can not contact anyone nor access anything since my account is locked. How long will it be until someone from Microsoft responds to this post? Only thing I can do is login , whenever I click anything else I am brought to the your account is locked screen. I tried clicking what you just conveyed to me but it says this. Whenever I do sign in as I said it tells me this.
