Can not login into Xbox account

Hi,

My xbox would not let me sign in to my account... When attempting to log in, it will bring a loading screen and then with out providing the prompt for user name and password it goes directly back to the add new profile page. Can some one please help, these
are the things I have done so far to solve the issue, based on other recommendations.

1. Cold reset (using power button on console for 10 seconds)

2. Removing the current account to add new accounts (unsuccessful since the issue persisted)

3. Reset while keeping existing games

4. Reset and remove everything

5. Manual/offline update using OSU1 file from xbox support page downloaded on a USB drive.

6. Reset through the prompt that comes by pressing eject and sync buttons on the console.

Note: The issue started after the latest updates were applied on the console.

Any help appreciated!

This has not solved the issue. I performed a network test and it is connected properly. Please help!

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with logging into your Xbox profile on your Xbox One. If troubleshooting the Xbox One has not resolved the issue, then your console may be experiencing issues connecting to Xbox Live. Please
try unplugging your router/modem for 30 seconds and power them back on. After an internet connection is established, power on your Xbox One and try signing in.

Hi, Your Account is configured on Xbox One? Maybe if your account is auto login in Xbox, so then your son can access for unblock for then he use the Xbox? Try deactivate the auto login of your account in Xbox

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.
