Can not log in to my account

Discus and support Can not log in to my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, I can not log in to account [Mod Removed].     Can not log in to my account


    Hello,

    I can not log in to account [Mod Removed]. The problem started when I tried to move my account from France to Switzerland. Here is what I get when I log in to[Mod Removed] account:

    Oh oh... ça n’aurait pas dû arriver.

    Il semblerait que vous ayez trouvé une faille dans le système.

    Digital games on console question

    So your saying i log into my account at my mates put my tag as home on his account.
    I then log into my account at home and I can play all my games away from home.
    And then my mate can play my games at his house on his profile ?
    I don't need to be signed in at his house ????

    Hey Plum! I'm afraid it sounds like you'll need to contact phone
    support     to inquire about personal account information for both accounts to see why this might be occurring.

    As I checked the error code under Support>>Error Code Search:

    Problem

    You see the following error code when you try to access Account Management on your Xbox 360 console or when you try to download your gamertag to your console.

    8015400c

    This means there’s an issue with your Xbox Live account that requires you to contact Xbox Support.

    -------------------

    Try doing these steps before contacting Xbox Support:

    Make sure that your console is getting a good signal or Internet connection. If it is connected wireless, ensure that there are no interruptions during the profile download.

    1. Delete your profile from the console.

    Go to Settings>>System>>Storage>>All Devices>>Gamer Profiles.

    Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

    Select Delete>>Delete Profile Only.

    2. Clear cache 3 times.

    On your controller, kindly press the Guide button>>Settings>>System Settings>>Storage or Memory.

    Highlight any storage device>>press Y>>Clear System Cache>>Yes.

    Please do this 3 times in a row. We need to make sure that the corrupted files are cleared out from your console.

    *Do not worry, this is safe.

    3. Turn off the console for 30 seconds and then back on.

    4. Download your profile.

    5. Finished!

    ------

    If none works, contact support so they can manually check the account on their system.

    Try some troubleshooting methods this may help.

    • Begin with standard restart of your console
    • if not resolved unplug it
    • lastly perform a soft factory reset of your console

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to sign into your Microsoft account due to the reception of an error code.

    We recommend trying a power cycle
    of the console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

    Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and let us know the results.
