Can Not Log In, Support to me to reset password. It will not let me.

i havnt been on xbox live for a while, i tried to access my account today but wouldnt let me on without my password, i got my password reset but now i can only be logged in through the laptop and not the xbox because its saying my password is not correct
on the xbox although im logged in here wtf

Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Repair the Gaming Services app and Xbox app.

Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Gaming Services, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button, do the same for the Xbox app, try logging in again and see if it works.

Solution 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Gaming Services App

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to log in again and see if it works.

Solution 3:

Please open the PowerShell in admin mode and paste the following below:

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Ok, apparently I did use a windows live id to sign up for Xbox Live. I used an e-mail that I still have access to, however it will not let me log in with it, even after I reset my password. I have been sent a password reset e-mail multiple times, but it
still will not let me sign in. The people in the Microsoft Sign in support forums are terrible and no one has ever attempted to help me in a week. Can someone here please help me with this request? I am seriously ready to just give up on Microsoft all together.

This did not help it still doesn’t let me reset my password it jus keeps saying not enough information idk what more information y’all want all I’m trying to do is cancel a subscription bud I can only do it from the Microsoft app and it doesn’t let me reset my password I send a request for I can reset my password and all y’all say is not enough info idk why y’all keep saying that If it’s my account y’all needa get me my password back in alr putting everything i know and y’all jus keep saying not enough information and I need y’all to let me reset my password because I need to cancel a subscription and y’all not letting me reset it so y’all just keep charging me for the subscription
