    Can not load game.


    I have not been able to play or download the puzzles (I have been playing this for three or more years and have never seen such a mess, can not play, compete or even see daily puzzle, I have removed the app, re-installed it and still will not down load the
    puzzle for me to play or try the daily challenges). Someone help?????/

    Hello,

    I bought the xbox one in april this year, it has worked fine until a couple of days ago when I turned it on and it refused to load games.

    The game picture would come on to the screen but it wouldn't go any further forward from there, it would throw me back to the home screen and display an error message.

    I have tried everything - turning it off by the mains, turning it off by keeping my finger on the xbox icon, system restore, uninstalling the games and installing them again.. tried everything and nothing worked at all!

    the network is fine also xbox gave me an offline update just incase it needed undating that didn't work neither,

    i am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and nothing fixed it? all i can think of is that i have a faulty xbox Can not load game. :(

    Unfortunately, physical games can't be played on an Xbox Series S console since it doesn't have a disc drive to read disc licenses.

    As for your digital games, here are some things you could try:

    • Power cycle your console:

    1 - Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    2 - Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 minutes.

    3 - Plug everything back together and turn your console on

    • Clear local saved games:

    1 - Go to Settings > System > Storage devices > Clear local saved games.

    This deletes all game-saved data from your console, this information should be backed up on the cloud if your console has been constantly connected to the internet

    • If these games are installed on your external storage:

    1 - Move them to the console's internal storage unit

    2 - Turn your console off.

    3 - Remove all external storage units from your console.

    4 - Turn your console back on and try launching the games.

    If these games are already installed on the console's internal storage, disregard step #1.

    • Factory reset:

    1 - Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.

    Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

    *Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - What happens when you try to load these games?

    - Are these games digital or disc-based?

    - Are you using external storage with your console?

    - Have you already done some troubleshooting on your own? if you have, could you tell me what you've tried so far?

    I can not down load any thing rated "M"

    I can play "M" game's i bring home from the store, and i can down load "T" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. But i can NOT down load "M" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. If i try to down load a "M" game, demo, or DLC pack from Xbox, it says "This account is
    not permitted to down load titles with this ratting". But i can play "M" game's that i have on a disc from the store.
