    Can not Install Xbox App


    I am trying to install the Xbox gaming app on windows 10. I have previously installed Destiny 2 on the app, but uninstalled the xbox app because anytime I would open the app it would show a blank white screen and do nothing. I can no longer play Destiny 2 because it requires an update. I tried to reinstall the Xbox app to see if it would fix the issue blank screen issue, but the installer is not working and freezes after I press install. I have restarted my PC, updated windows and still this freeze happens every time. If there is a way to get the app working, or to update Destiny 2 let me know if you can help.

    Clear your Microsoft Store cache and try to update the game through the store or download the Xbox app through the store.

    To clear the cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

    Sadly however this has not solved my problem, the Microsoft store still freezes if I try to install the Xbox app from there. And whenever I look at downloads and updates on the Microsoft store it permanently shows a loading sign, preventing me from updating destiny 2.

    Please let me know if you think there is anything else I should try. Thank you for the help!

    you can pre install on the xbox app but there seems to be an issue that makes it impossible to play and install new games on the xbox app

    I see. Could you check if you can log into the Xbox Companion app? You can install the app through the Microsoft Store if you haven't installed it. After logging in, open the Xbox app and see if your account is automatically logged in to the Xbox app.
