Can not get to my original Xbox Live subscription after having to factory reset

After having my Xbox One for 6 weeks I had to do a factory reset due to an error code from the last update. Now I can not get into my Xbox Live account. When I go to settings > account > subscriptions, I click on Learn about Gold Membership, then it gives
me options to either buy another membership or use a code.

How do I get access to my original account or do I have to cancel the subscription and start over. I have many hours logged on to Elder Scrolls and do not want to loose my progress by starting over.

Very disappointed in Xbox right now, I have been working on getting everything back to rights for two days

Cant connect!

So I'm having the problem of being connected to the internet, having a good connection, but not being able to connect to a live game. I can connect with friends for a minute, but get kicked after just a minute waiting in the game lobby. I've reset factory
setting, tested connection, reset router and called xbox live. Everything seems to be in order, but can't play online for the life of me.

Faulty Kinect - seems a common problem

Have put my dodgy Kinect on my sons Xbox and it appears to work fine on his!

Not yet connected his Kinect to test it on my Xbox but will later.

Guessing it's an issue on the machine and always thought it started playing up after an update. If his is the same I may opt for a factory reset..... Has anybody with Kinect issues resolved by a factory reset?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. But you see, there's nothing wrong with Xbox. You just need to sign in the right email to sign in your account that have gold. Base from the account you signed in on the forums, it does not have gold. So definitely, if
you're using the same gamertag on the console right now then you will be asked to purchase gold. Make sure you're on the same "Gamertag" before you restored your console.

My error is that whenever I start a 360 game, I always have to wait the "Getting your xbox 360 info" message to load, after that, I can't download my profile because it says I cant connect live to xbox live. I live in Asia but I set my console in US.

FYI: after the 1st factory reset, I can still launch Dead Space, just not able to download my profile. But after the 2nd factory reset, after I cleared my xbox 360 storage like TheytoldmeBlitz told me, I had my current Dead Space issue.

Now, I try a lot of different ways but I can't connect live on my xbox 360 emulator.

The first thing you need to do is write down your CONSOLE SERIEL NUMBER. To do that you need to go to SETTINGS, then click SYSTEM SETTINGS. Then go into CONSOLE SETTINGS and scroll down to SYSTEM INFO(here is where you will write down CONSOLE SERIEL NUMBER)
The next step is to press B twice to go back to SYSTEM SETTINGS and go into STORAGE DEVICES where you will chose HARD DRIVE. Then select FORMAT and yes to remove all content. After this there will be a prompt for your CONSOLE SERIEL NUMBER and start to restore
factory reset.

Try holding in the power key for 30 seconds then unplugging it and then restart it hope that helps

Your console should eventually sync everything with Xbox Live after a short time. I didnt have any of my pins showing for a couple of hours after a factory reset. If you can log into your live account on the Xbox webpage and it shows the correct Gamerscore
you should be fine.
