Can Not Get Original Xbox Game Working on 360 Console

There could be a few reasons why this is happening.

1. Your console is in a region where the game is not supported. The game is not supported for NTSC in Japan or for 50 Hz TV's with PAL.

2. The game has been removed from the list of available backwards compatible titles

3. The hard drive you're using is a 3rd party drive. Only official Xbox 360 hard drives are valid for backwards compatible titles.

You'd need to do exactly what the message tells you to. You need to attach an original Xbox 360 hard drive to your console in order to be able to play original Xbox games.

If you have a Xbox 360 S 4GB or a Xbox 360 Original Arcade console then you'd need to get yourself an original Xbox 360 hard drive (either for the original Xbox 360, or the Xbox 360 Slim). This information is told to you when purchasing the game in the games
description. An original Xbox 360 hard drive can be purchased from most gaming related retail stores like Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Gamestop, etc.

You can either purchase this game from the games on demand marketplace or purchase it in a disc form and it will work on your Xbox 360 console. Please note that you need to make sure that this is on the backwards compatibility list, you have the latest Xbox
360 dashboard update (if you can connect to Xbox LIVE successfully then you have this already), and finally you need to make sure that you have an original Xbox 360 hard drive for any original Xbox games to work on the Xbox 360.
