    Can not get into Xbox Store


    I can't get into the xbox store, just got some games but can't get on the store to dowload them. It keeps saying i dont have the latest version with error (0x800700d8). No updates under settings or in Games & Apps. Need some help.

    Can not get into my Xbox account

    If you can still sign in you can see the e-mail address that's associated with the gamertag itself. When you sign in just go to account management and it should be the bottom-most item should look something like this,

    For Xbox you have to buy directly from the Xbox store or the in game Minecraft store. You can download files like that for the mobile versions but to get them on Xbox it has to come from the store.
