Can not get any games to load...

I have been unable to get any of my games to load tonight. All come up, tell me to press A to begin and then just spin and spin. I checked the internet connection, which is fine. I restarted my Xbox; nothing. I have never heard of an issue like this because
it's not an online/ server problem. I can't even play locally. Is anyone else dealing with this, and if not, have you ever heard of such a thing?

solitaire and shopping bag will not load can't load apps from microsoft either

The collection pulls up but when trying to play a game the game will not load. It will not load any games. I also noted that I cannot get apps to load from the Microsoft store.

Did you try doing the hard reset on the console? To do this hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until the console powers off. After that, turn the console back on. If you're' still having issues, then try removing your profile by

following the steps here. You can add your profile back by going to the top left where you sign in, and clicking add. If you're still having issues, try clearing the perisistant storage on your drive by going to Settings, and selecting Disc and Blu-ray.
Then select Persistent Storage and clear. If that doesn't work, then do a
factory reset here.

 

I was able to get it back up and running last night from nothing more than unplugging the power cord and waiting a few seconds. It's always the simplest things that do the trick. Thanks though.
