    Can not get a refund


    I ordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider digital deluxe version in Nov 24. I found out there was something (like a outfit/gun) missed, so I kept ordered that in the next day. I found out shortly that I ordered the wrong version, which is the standard version
    of the game (missing some contents).

    Nov 28, I tried help chap in xbox website. After waiting 2 hours, I got a person help me. He told me I need to get refund and purchase the right version. He sent me the link. I input all the information and submitted. Then the person told me I can
    purchased the new one now. I waited 2 hours and ordered the digital deluxe version.

    I got email after 2 days. It looks I can not get the refund. So I went to the refund website again to request refund. Today I got emails said I can not get the refund. Since I paid a game twice, how can I get the refund.

    BTW, I have tired to chat with a person for hours since the first time I got a refund denied emails from Microsoft, but the website kept pushing a virtual agent talk to me.

    Can I get a refund on DLCs?

    Ghosts was garbage, I only bought it because it was one of the only split screen games that released in 2013 for the Xbox One, I actually like advanced warfare.

    You would need to try replying to the email you received declining the refund. Support can no longer issue refunds.

    I understand you wanted a refund for your subscription. No worries, you can submit a refund for it by following the instructions below but if you haven't turned off your auto-renewal yet, kindly do this first;

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

    2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    3. Navigate to the Xbox Live Subscription

    4. Click "Manage".

    5. Choose either "Cancel" or select "Change" below that to turn off auto-renew.

    To request a refund, kindly sign in to your account and fill out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

    Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.
