Can not find Forza Horizon 3 in my xbox app after purchased

Paided for Forza horizon 3 on Amazon got the code added the code to my account went to my xbox app on my pc it is not there i go to my account online i see that it is there for xbox one and under windows 10 it says coming soon i have windows 10 pro installed
and when i go to the xbox store it says i own this product and it has manage under it when i click it takes me to my games and it is not there please help

Forza Horizon 4 Drift Formula Pack

I just bought the physical copy of Forza Horizon 4, It written in my Xbox phone app that I already purchased the drift formula dlc but it didn't shows up in my xbox one even after update

 

Forza Horizon 3 - Error 15 seconds after start download

Hello!

I reinstalled Windows 10 yesterday. I downloaded all updates and updated all drivers.

I wanted to download my Forza Horizon 3 from Microsoft Store but after 15-25 seconds after starting download I got "Couldn't Install. We'll retry shortly." I have this problem only with Forza Horizon 3. I can download any other app from Microsoft Store.

I have called xbox support and gotten 2 different answers one saying it was a server issue and listed on their dashboard (It was not). The second just now saying it was for the Windows team and they transferred me to the Windows general support which dropped
my call after 25 minutes.

I contacted Xbox Support via Twitter yesterday. They asked me to DM details which I did and it's been over 24 hours now with no response.

I want to play the game and am happy to pay for something that works but at this point I wish I could get a refund and I will rebuy it when they get all these bugs worked out.

 

If you do get a response from them please let me know i have a few friends already playing and they purchased the same Ultimate edition as i did from Amazon i hope its just a server or their end problem

 

I have a solution after talking with Microsoft for the 3rd time. I had to reset my "store"

-Open up run by "CTRL+R"

-Type in Wsreset.exe

-Press enter

-A black windows will pop up leave it run, then the store will pop up. Logout of the store, then log in

-Use the searchbox to search for "Forza" click on Horizon 3 and you should have an "install" button instead of manage!

-Begin the long download.
