    Can not find Fallout 3 code after Fallout 4 purchase


    I purchased Fallout 4 via the xbox store on 11/12 and have not seen the promo code for Fallout 3. I do not see a code to redeem in my messages, nor anywhere else in my account. Can you please help or point me in the right direction on where I can find it.

    Issue: The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.



    I did not know that xbox automatically deletes your messages after 30 days. Seems like that should be able to be determined by the users. Now that I want to download Fallout 3 after completing Fallout 4, I can't find my download code.

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is
    [Mod Removed]

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
