    Can not download my account


    I tried to play Sacred 3 on my Xbox One. The Xbox 360 Dashboard start without any problems but to play the game it is neccessary to logged on with a profile so you have to download yours.

    My Xbox One is connected to the internet and i am logged on with my Xbox Live account but it is not possible to download it at the 360 DB. (Connection to Xbox Live not possible) ?

    Please help

    Can not download my account

    I have tried to download my Xbox live account for days now after it vanished off my Xbox but it keeps saying cant download account then has this error code 80151103 please help

    Have you tried recovering your profile through the Xbox 360 Emulator on your Xbox after you've tried to start Sacred 3?

    Yes, not just tried, i have to recover it.

    When i start the Xbox 360 Emulator the first step to do is recover my Profile but it does not work.

    I can´t get a Connection to Xbox Live even though i am connected with my Xbox One to Xbox Live.

    Yes, not just tried, i have to recover it.

    When i start the Xbox 360 Emulator the first step to do is recover my Profile but it does not work.

    Mh, i have already formatted the hard drive. Now its completely free. Dont know what to do. My internet is also ok. I have also tested the connextioen but wverything is ok.

    Oh and if I abort the download, it says im logged in and my friends are online. But if i look at the Social site of the menu there is only the: Join Xbox Live. And if i click onto the Guide button i can log in, as if i am not looged in. I dont understand
