Can not Download Halo MCC on Microsoft store

Today I was trying to download Halo MCC on microsoft store using xbox gamepass ultimate but unfortunately the download is giving me a error stating try after few minutes. But after trying later on the error still persists. the error code is: 0x80074CF3

The same error occurs when trying to download The Outer Worlds but i can download Sea of Thieves and Age of empires 2. Please help

You are not the only one. Reach is most selling and playing game on steam right now. And lots of people are rushing to buy it at the Microsoft store. They will resolve a problem soon.

but i am having the same error with gears 5,the outer worlds,subnautica etc. I can download some games but not all the gamepass games
