Can not Download Dishonored 2

I can not download this game. It says that I should ask my parents or something like that but I am 23 and my profile age is the right one. So what can be the problem?

Hi, are you in a microsoft family? If so, it may be stopping you from buying items.

If you are in a family check permissions and it may fix the problem.

about dishonored 2 and dues ex mankind divided I have to wait when those release then I can play.

when I paid it was downloaded arpund 116 mb for dues ex 2 and 106 mb for dishonored 2.

Not sure if this is accurate, but I did some testing. It seems like downloads are slower when downloading the game onto a SATA SSD. I stopped the download for Dishonored 2, switch the installation drive to my PCIe 3.0 NVME SSD and it went from 7.8MB/s to

Nope, it's just broken. It's slow with NVME SSDs and SATA SSDs. This issue is not related to the installation drive.

I can download Dishonored 2 at around 30MB/s on Steam (my internet is 300Mbps, symmetrical. My guess is there are too few cache servers around my region (Colombia).

I also have the same problem for gotham knights as well as for wild hearts both appear in steam, i can even download Wildhearts from EA app directly and Gotham knights are available on epic and steam to download so it's not blocked in my region none of these games are blocked i egypt so i don't know why, i even can't see dishonored and i can see dishonored 2 and death of the outsider with no problem, i hope this can get fixed
