Can not download anything on Xbox Live. Error code 80167611

Need help,

Status code 80167611 is preventing me from having fun. All my details are correct and have funds. Only want Trivial Pursuit Live haha Help me out! what is it?

Ok so now I'm not receiving any error codes. but this message

Sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this. Use a different or new way to pay, or check that your billing address is correct. If you have more questions, your financial institution is the one to ask.

They said nothing has come through at all

Hey there, Cherry! I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this!

Give the following steps a try to remove and re-add your payment method:

Delete and then re-add your payment option

Go to commerce.microsoft.com and sign in using your Microsoft account email address and password.

Verify your billing information. For example, verify that:

Your payment option is valid and has been activated.

Your billing information is the same billing information used by your bank or credit card company.

There is no outstanding balance.

Remove the payment option from your account.

Delete the Marketplace System Data file on your Xbox 360 console. Here's how:

On your console, go to settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select your primary storage device.

Select System Items.

Select Marketplace System Data.

Select Delete.

Restart your console.

Go to commerce.microsoft.com and add the payment option to your account.

Post back and let me know if that works for you. We'll look into it further if this doesn't seem to help you out.
