Can not download a game I own

Hi

Do you own a version for the xbox 360 or did you buy an Xbox one copy? As they would be different versions.

If you own the 360 version it should allow you to re download it from the store page.

Yeah it was on Xbox 360 but for some reason it is only letter me download the trial version of the game.

If your on the 360 it should be in your download history and you should be able to download it there.

Have you gone through your account purchase history to verify the purchase? Here is a
