    Can not download 360 games with gold


    Hello, I'm trying to download dungeon sige 3 for my xbox one. I'm told to do so on xbox.com, but when I go there I sign in, get to games with gold click download and it tells me to sign in again. I try to re sign in and nothing happens??

    I have gold subscription, and I want download a xbox 360 game on my xbox one; I can not download because is child perfil .

    The game is free in game with golds, how I can download it?

    Never mind got it, for some reason it would not work on my android device. But it did work with my iPad, strange but whatever. Still got it.

    Are you using a gold trial or a full gold subscription? 360 games can only be downloaded for free with a full subscription.
    I have a full gold subscription - Brave was the 360 game this month and I had no issues downloading that one.

    Trial codes don't change your account status to gold. You can download the Xbox One Games with Gold with a trial because a gold subscription is required to keep playing it for free, but a full gold subscription is required in order to download 360 Games
    with Gold games.

    The current game for gold is F1 2013 on the 360, poolnation and castle storm for the one.

    On your dashboard you will see an ad for deals with gold, click this and you will find the games there ready to download for free.

    Or download from this site.

    You can download the xbox one games from your 360 or this site while waiting for your console to arrive.
