Can not connect with my wireless nettwork

Please provide more information on your situation. Are you seeing any error messages? If so what are they? Does the console see the wireless network?

Before providing that information see if a hard reset performed exactly like this helps.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results. Let us know.

I cleared the cache, and I still get the same error message. Just checked the LIVE connection, and the connection is working just fine.

My Internet is working just fine. I'm using wireless in the same room as my xbox to post this, and my PS3 connects just fine with the wireless. And my sister's Xbox can connect to LIVE just fine via the wireless.

When I connect a wireless controller, the left analog stick is stuck in down position. This is brand new controller, and have had other controllers do the same . But if I connect these controllers with a cable they work fine. Does anyone know
of a way to make it where I can use wireless controllers with my system, so my family can play games with me again

Are you connecting these wireless controllers via Bluetooth, or using the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

If the controllers are working fine when connecting via wire, then it sounds like the controllers themselves are fine, and it's possibly a driver issue, or a wireless connection issue.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. You can go to Device Support. What is exactly the issue with your controller? The controller should be able to connect Via USB cable or wireless. Try this troubleshooting out see if it helps.
