    can not connect with friend on games or party at times without a host to be a go between.


    Both of us have ports forwarded and nat is open. We regularly do a full power cycle for both xbox and modem and router. Our connection to the internet it self is good.

    Ok, I will try this afternoon. The other person can host games/parties and other people can connect without problems to his games.

    well if your friend is the host your firend has a bad connection if shes not the host then you cant connect to the host

    Suggestions: get a different friend that yall both connect to then 3 of yall can be in a party and yall all have good connections

    We were able to be in the same Borderlands 2 game though, I couldn't host and friend A (the one I can't connect to) couldn't host the game either, but we were both able to join friend B's game. However, we (A and I) were not able to connect to each other's
    Live Parties, either joining or hosting.
