Can not connect to parties

Hello, I am new here not sure where to post this, but I am using a windows 10 laptop & am attempting to use the xbox app, how ever I get an error that I am un able to join parties due to my network settings, I exhausted all microsoft & xbox support
options & this still is not working,We uninstalled the app, uninstalled the tsuedo adapter,rolled windows back,troubleshooted the anti virus and firewall,flushed the ip,rebooted the modem,opened all the needed ports, contacted the ips and port forwarded, I
had several technicians from microsoft remote in.... So now im stuck...This is not the beta app so you all know, windows rolled out an update roughly a month ago & my xbox app has not worked properly since, I am able to log in with no problems, privacy is
set up fine no restrictions, xbox 360 works fine no issues

Me and my friend can't seem to connect to eachother!

I am having the exact same issue with my friend. We can connect to other people's parties but not our own.

I have the exact same problem, NAT types wide open, can connect to other friends party but when we want to creat a party for the two of us to join we can't connect to the party!

If you have a DSL connection it can sometimes be just slow enough to kick you out of a party even though your connection is fine. Also, if your internet is not a problem, sometimes the party leader may have a slower connection which would cause the members
of the party to have lag problems.

There isn't a problem with my Xbox Live connection and my Xbox doesn't warn me about any NAT issues. I don't know why my connection is like this, but when I play I usually have 3-4 connection bars and can play usually without lag. When trying to join my
friend's Xbox Live Party, I get the message popup in the top right "Can't connect to Party" and if I hit the center Xbox button on the controller, the party tab says "Cannot connect to Xbox Live Party. There may be connection issues." I can however, connect
to Xbox Live and play online.

Different NAT types can definitely cause issues in a party chat and in a game. Your network connection can also cause issues in a party chat and in a game. The strength of the Wireless Connection, bandwidth and other people using devices on the same connection.
All of this can cause issues.
