CAN NOT CONNECT to my game or some service??

So I try to play madden 15 and it says reading file and thats it. I try utube and it wont load., I try IIE explorer it wont load. When I test internet it says all is good.

Any ideas?

my xbox one can read xbox one games but not 360 games or dvds either some one please help

My xbox wont play some games....???

Sounds like a LaserDisk problem.You can try to spray it with a can of air.But DO NOT use a FULL on spray.Just little puffs of spray.And dont shake the can as well.When that happens it sprays ice cold and can ruin your laser eye.

Iam just giving you a idea and things that worked for me.I dont work or have anything to do with Microsoft.Iam just a Forum Member trying to help the best i know..Good luck.....

Sorry to hear about the connection issues. I recommend trying a a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a shot:

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.

Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.

Power on your console and press the Menu button on your controller.

Select Settings and then select Network.

Select Test Network Connection.

If the network connection test finds an error, you can follow our Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution page for further troubleshooting steps.

Give the listed steps a try and let us know if you are continuing to experiencing issues loading to apps and games.

You seem to have a very frustrating problem with your console,

Have you tried clearing your system cache? To do this go to the link below.

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

If you are still have problems after clearing your system cache please turn off you console and unplug your power supply for 30 seconds then plug in your power cable.

For some reason, I have absolutely no internet service even if the Xbox says everything is fine. I CAN access my games offline. But that still isn't acceptable to me since many of my games require online not to mention my gold member status (I paid for this
service I can no longer use).

This may mean that there is an Xbox Service Alert which there is, you may get an error when trying to download or install a game or even view games. This is for Xbox consoles, Windows PC, Xbox 360 etc.

Game Pass is and was announced as a Xbox service with some of the games (play anywhere games) available to play on pc aswell, its still a xbox game
