    can not connect to my account


    Hi , I have a problem since 2 weeks now , impossible for me to connect my account I have this which appear : " you must be connected to the internet to carry out this action , you do not seem to be connected to the internet 0x800704cf the network location
    can not be reached "

    But I check my connexion and everything is fine I have no problem , all services are available , I try all solutions and nothing work it becomes urgent please I really need help Thank you everyone .
