Can not connect to multiplayer on windows 10 Crackdown 3

I am trying to play Crackdown 3 co-op campaign and every time its says disconnected from server. I tried to connect to Crackdown 3 Wrecking Zone witch is the 8-10 multiplayer and I can not connect to it either. All of my other games work and connect just
fine it is just Crackdown 3, my other friends are able to connect to each other just fine. what do I need to do to fix this?
