Seems to be just this. Internet connection fine and port forwarding is on.

So you get signed out of Xbox Live when trying to connect to an online game of MW3? This is most likely an issue with your internet connection. Have you tried setting up Port Forwarding? The best way to tell if you have open or closed ports is your in
game NAT Type. Ideally, you want it to be Open. If it is Moderate or Closed, you will want to forward the ports necessary to have the ideal network connection to play the game. You can have an Open NAT and still have closed ports, in which case Port Forwarding
would still be necessary. You can also try putting your Xbox into the DMZ of your router. Let me know if you need any more information regarding Port Forwarding.

I would run into issues with this intermittently as well. You might want to check the port forwarding rules for your router. From any web browser, type in the address of your router to access its configuration page (usually this is 192.168.1.1). You'll have
to log in as an admin- information on how to do this and navigate your router's config page should be provided by the manufacturer. What you want to do is set up port forwarding to "open up" the port that the Xbox One needs to connect to the Internet, as they
may be blocked by your router's firewall. You can visit
support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live for information on how to set this up.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. This is a call of duty server error. Most have found a fix which requires port forwarding. What happens is everything is great on the console, but when it goes to connect to the game server it is being blocked
for some reason. You can find details on port forwarding
on this guide. If you are unsure how to do this, you also can contact your ISP(internet service provider) for assistance in port forwarding.

Hey there Fedge08. This is a common case really, Usually this will be fixed by doing port forwarding on your router. The problem is both consoles are "fighting" over a close port hence the disconnection. Link below should help you out in port forwarding.

you may also want to call your Internet provider to seek further assistance in configuring your router.
