could not connect to Microsoft bingo, tonight. Last night kept loosing connection in middle of games

"No Server Connection"

I like going to bed at night playing Microsoft Bingo so i can relax to go to sleep. I love Bingo! But last night and today it keeps saying "No Internet Connection". What is happening? Help! Now my daily prize will have to start all over again!

Bingos Called Account

Played one bingo game last night, I get one bingo, you credit my Bingos Called for one bingo. What happened to the 90 bingos I won two days ago and the 40 Power Bingos that I won? My Bingos called has not changed except for adding one Bingo from last night.
My Power Bingos has not changed in two days. It's getting to be a waste of my time playing these Bingo games. Could someone in Microsoft Bingo or Xbox, please fix my account??? Thank you!

I am having the same issues with the server, with dropped games, and losing tickets, power balls, and coins. I hope we are able to have adjustments made on our accounts for "money" lost while playing.

Codes & How to Fix Your Game for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

Region:

Device:

Mobile (Y/N):

Operating System:

Wired or wireless connection:

Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:
one DXDiag is run, you will get the file by selecting "Save All Information"). Thanks!

To have a better understanding of the issue, please help us with the following information:

May I know what the exact error message which you are getting is?
Do you have an active internet connection?

Meanwhile you can try these troubleshooting steps:

In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click)
Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator >
Yes.
At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
- Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
- Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

I could connect fine last night and I can't connect at all today. I've reset router and modem and when I'm in a squad I'm the only one that doesn't connect.
