Discus and support can not connect to any games on Microsoft store in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; We just got xbox and can not connect to any games at store.     can not connect to any games on Microsoft store


    We just got xbox and can not connect to any games at store. Can not connect to free games, movies nothing. We click on one and just get a dark screen with a circle that looks like something is trying to connect. So frustrated that we may have to return this
    and go with PS.

    Describe the general type of network connection issue you are experiencing cause it might be your internet connectio. Try to unplug the router for 1minute. And wait 30 seconds and turn it on again

    I've tested the internet connection and it seems to be fine. The Xbox shows that it is connected and I ran the Xbox internet speed test and it seemed to be fine. I can connect to the Microsoft Store and download games/apps. None of my other devices
    have any issues with connecting and using the Internet.

    The “Steam Edition” is the version you can purchase/play through Steam.

    Yes, as I mentioned previously, Steam is a completely separate marketplace, and it's not connected at all with other stores. Therefore, the purchases you make in either store will be accessed only from that store. Having accounts linked doesn't mean you will get the game for free on the Microsoft Store.

    Please note that this applies to any marketplace (PlayStation, EA Play, Steam, Epic, Ubisoft Connect, Microsoft Store, etc.).
