    Can not complete the "Schedule Service" form


    I need to send in my console for repairs, but I can't get past a segment of the request service process. After signing into my account, the registered serial number for my Xbox 360 is present so I select it and click "Continue". The next page has my name,
    email address, and phone number already filled in so I enter in the rest of the required information, accept the privacy terms, and hit "Continue". The next page rolls up and I select the problem the console is having. The next page tells me to select from
    the following eligible services (Standard exchange is the only one to choose from), but when I select it and hit "Continue" I get the message "Customer Email and Phone doesnot exist." (sic) They exist, I use them and they are the same ones already associated
    with the account that are prefilled in on the second page. I've tried reentering the info, but I can't seem to get past this snag. Am I missing something?

    Did you have them do an unauthorized access unable to recover escalation?
