    Hello,

    Yesterdag I pre-orderd Mass Effect Adromeda to get the 5.000 credits for spending € 49,-.

    But i didn't get the rewards. Did I do something wrong? Does a pre-order not count for the rewards?

    Could be your NAT. NFS hot pursuit had some issues to where you could hear others but they couldn't here you.

    You could try adding your Gmail address as a secondary alias for your Microsoft account to see if that can do the trick

    Also, if you migrate your account todag/recently in some cases can take a while (I heard some people had to wait up to 72 hours) to transfer completely all the account and license
