Can not co op and diablo 3 and blizzard has no xbox player support or phone number

My friends and I can not co-op on Diablo 3. We was able to co-op 2 times? We have done router resets and re-hosting from each party. Nothing Has worked. Some friends system get stuck on a reload screen and has to reboot their xbox one. I get a message from
the game saying there is an error joining. I tried to contact Blizzard after speaking to xbox live and they do not have a working phone number for customer support . In order to make a ticket for support it has to be on pc game. If you try to get answers from
blizzard home page they rout you right back to xbox. I tried to do a pc support ticket by getting a free game but have not set it up because I do not have a gamer pc that means I can not make a ticket. I can post by getting the free game but no help from
Blizzard

Can't play online.

I ran into about the same thing about online co oping not working and trying different things to get co op to work. I contacted xbox and they tried . Blizzard does not have concele support. Its just for pc games. They do not have a working phone number just
web sight that routs you right back to xbox. I got a free game from Blizzard but I do not have a pc to support the game. The only thing I can do by getting this free game is post but no help in making a support ticket. Bottom line I got a PC game set for co-op
that made to run on xbox but does not work and no support. 60 dollors not well spent.

I am having the same problem. No answers from anyone . Xbox wants me to do ip changes everything? I can play everything else co op? My friends system freezes when she trys to join my game. I get message that there is a problem with join. Blizzard had a none
working number I found online xbox did not have one to give me. I can not make ticket with blizzard because its not a pc or mac computer version. The support is just blogs . No Help what a waist of money. I got it to do a fun co-op to slash and hunt with friends.
I wish I never had seen it .

 

Activision games don't use the standard xbox live ports meaning that even if the dashboard shows an open nat you probably have a strict nat in the game.

I checked my router to see what port is being opened for diablo. It seems to be using port 1200.

So try forwarding port 1200 to your xbox.

If you dont know how to do port forwarding then post the make and model of your router and someone might be able to give you instructions.

 

have had the same problem all day today. it has worked well all the way up until today. But it is just on my end. my friends can join each other but i can not join anyone or have anyone join me.

 

There are some console forums over at the blizz site but they are no help at all, I've only been able to gather that its a great big bug or something that will be patched hopefully

 

Exact same here the only thing blizz actually have said is about ppul not joining diablo servers nothing on the error joining coop games

 

I get the same issue with 1 specific friend and only that 1. Support wasn't able to help him either. He's pretty upset about it as lets face it - Diablo III is ok alone, but great in multiplayer. I think he's going to ask for a refund, but I doubt he will
get it.
