Can not Cancel the EA ACCESS

What is wrong with this!

The useless EA access ALWAYS ask me pay, and i can not cancel it !!

Why!

Guys get onto the chat with an advisor and ask them to cancel your ea access (you can reinstate it afterwards) and then use the code, should work, worked for me anyway.

If you dont have ea access....erm

Sign into account.microsoft.com and click Services & Subscriptions. Your EA access subscription should appear here and from here you will be able to cancel it. If you're still having trouble with
this I suggest contact xbox support and inform them you wish to cancel EA access.

Thanks brother! But iti not work , cause my criedit card retired , so I ask the Support to help, he is very kind but can not help me... seems there is a dead end.

If you do not want EA Access anymore, you should be able to cancel it on
account.microsoft.com then select services and subscriptions, and under EA Access select payment & billing, then select cancel.
