can not buy games

i want to buy a game from xbox store with a gift card.the game is 9.99$ and my gift card is 10.00$.when i sign the code it works but when i press confirm after few seconds it says try again later.im trying two days but if does not work.what is the problem??

Hey there Chyc! Are you trying to purchase this on the console or the website? If on the website, you may have it set to a different region than Russia, and it's showing you content that isn't available to you. You can change that by going to
forums.xbox.com/.../ChangeLocale and selecting the proper region. Let us know if that helps, thanks!

if you live in russia and getting that error your account region must match yout actual region

if your account ie russian but you are trying to access another marketplace that wont work

you need to access your own regions marketplace

I had this happen, could not figure it out, but then I added another card and got past the error. I think, think being the key word here, that the reason I had problems is that there was tax on the purchase and I did not have enough in the account to cover
it. After I added the second card to the account, things worked the way they were supposed to work. Are there taxes on the purchase you are trying to make, and do you have enough in the account to cover them?
