My XBOXONE Can not buy anything on XBOX LIVE .When I buy somgthing it show "You’ve reached the limit of how much you can spend in the Xbox Store today." My account is HONGKONG account

Can not buy anything on Xbox live

Ive had this problem as well, and i think that the reason we cant use MS points to buy anything has something to do with preparations for the upcoming beta dashboard.

The fact that i could download free stuff from Xbox Live, and got the error message every time i tried to purchase something with MS Points is what led me to this conclusion.

Try Downloading something that is free.

If you're wanting to speak to a support agent over the phone, I would take a look at

This Thread. It has a list of the support numbers for different regions. That should be able to get you on the phone with a billing specialist who will be able to look into this for you.

Guys I'm having the same problem trying to download games as well...I just got sent 2000 Microsoft points and now I can spend them its ridiculous.

Welcome to the club.I think we should do something together because there is a lot of us and nobody wants to help us.Its 10 days now since my issue started and nobody can fix it.Support just started to ignore me I think.

This may help - I could not buy anything online or on console event though all methods valid and enough funds etc.

After contacting support here:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

It turns out the issue relates to a risk block where by if you buy numerous items in a short time scale or have suddenly bought something after a long break then the system automatically lock your account to prevent fraud.

To remove the lock please contact support as above and explain the issue.

Be aware it took 5 days for a resolution so please be patient.
