    Sorry to hear it. What do you mean Xbox Live Gold Global? There is no such thing as a global Live membership. Xbox Live memberships are region locked and can only be used for the country they were intended for. You should contact the retailer you purchased
    the membership from to make sure it is enabled for Russia.
