Can not acess live gold promo page on xbox one

Hi, this problems starts 2 weeks ago and i thought that it will be fixed automatic, but it didnt, i can not acess the live gold window through

the first screen on the console in the raight side, it says:



"an error occurred while accessing this page. Try again in a few minutes."

I can only acess through my pc and the games that i got there dont show in the xbox one game library

i try to remove my account and setting up again but no luck, i try to reset the console by holding the power button same thing

try to reset my router again nothing.

I have 12 months subscriptions.

What can i do to fix it?

xbox live does not activate

I have just paid a xbox live, but it does not activate. The purchase ordem can be seen on my payment record, but when i try to play or acess the xbox live gold section on my console, it says i do not have a xbox live gold activated.

Can i order a standard Xbox 360 Live 12-moth Gold code online, to use on Xbox One Live?
They are all the same i assume, i don't need a special Xbox One version do i...

i don't want any fancy Killer Instinct xbone promo live version as mentioned above.

This issue is something we were aware of but should be resolved now. If it's still occurring please try a power cycle of your Xbox one but holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off). Let us know if you're still having
issues after you power your console back on.
