Discus and support can not access the main menu in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so i got the system error :E106 and did all the steps for a hard refresh .. but everytime my game comes back on its locked on the troubleshoot screen...     so i got the system error :E106 and did all the steps for a hard refresh .. but everytime my game comes back on its locked on the troubleshoot screen and i can not back out of it .. any help ?

    Try a factory reset and if that doesn't work send your console for repairs.

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
