skip the Covid notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a call or Chat online

you will need to sign in for this so create a new outlook account to sign in with just to contact Support if you can't sign in to your profile

Hi a easy way to your son can try reset your password is goin try accesses the Email in http://www.outlook.com so then he just need put your email and click in I Forgot Password

Whats the reason you cant access the old Microsoft account? Don't remember the password or what email you used?

If you know the email address, you can try sign in on the site xbox.com, and select "Forgot my password" then access the email address that your account is linked to and request for your password to be reset. Hope this helps!
