    Can no longer watch HD channels?


    Hi guys,

    My OneGuide using the digital TV tuner has worked fine since I bought it a year or so ago. However I've just tried to use it for the first time in a few months and the HD channels no longer work. All SD channels work as usual but as soon as I try to watch
    a HD channel I am redirected to the set-up screen. I've gone through this process three times now yet I am still having the same issue.

    Is anyone else having this same problem and is there anyway around it?

    Youtube app is up now!

    I wish you had a choice on if you can watch in HD or SD. I HATE loading videos in HD. Takes longer to load...

    It depends on the distribution deals they have in place with cable/satelite providers. The game is changing where they no longer "need" these companies to distribute their content. I just wish it was HD. From what I can tell the content being streamed
    via the Xbox app is not in HD. I would rather watch HBOgo on my Ipad.

    Xbox One Won't find Non-HD Channels

    I have looked at that and even with SD/HD Channels highlighted it still goes straight to the HD Channels. One time when I said 'Xbox watch ESPN' it went to the regular ESPN channel.

    But anything like Watch USA, or Discovery Channel, even NBC or ABC...just goes straight to the 1000s (HD Channels on AT&T Uverse)

    No HD Channels (Brighthouse Cisco Box)

    To anyone in Orlando who has this issue: Select Brighthouse Digital Channels and Show HD Channels only. Clear your history and all of your HD channels show up. Whenever I tell the Xbox to watch any channel, it now automatically goes to the HD channel! :)

    Isn't there another channel for Showtime too? With the recent change in TWC, all channels will display their highest possible resolution. So although there are two AMC channels, one being listed as HD and the other not as HD, both will display the HD format.

    "The new lineup is no longer broken up by HD and SD channels. HD converters will show you the best signal available of a channel or program, which is usually HD. SD converters, meanwhile, will show only SD channels."

    That is directly from their website.

    Im having the opposite problem. I can't get rid of the HD channels in order to watch SD channels. my voice command only pulls up the HD version of a channel even though I have it set to show SD channels as well
