    Can no longer sign out of/switch accounts on XBOX App on Windows 10.


    Recent updates have caused MANY issues. On top of the Office and Win10 problems I now have to deal with, I can no longer sign out of or switch accounts on my Win10 XBOX App, Version 22.24.1006.00000.

    Windows Xbox app TV/Volume controls disappeared

    Another solution we can perform is to sign to a different Microsoft account in the Xbox app on Windows 10. Refer to

    How to switch between Microsoft accounts in the Xbox app on Windows 10     for the steps. This can help us isolate if there's an issue with the account you're using.

    Notify us with the progress. We'll provide you additional troubleshooting methods in case you encounter the same issue.

    Nevermind... I found a fix that worked for me.

    Hello jullmdama

    You will have to sign out completely then try and sign in with the other account. If that don't work than remove account completely from the Xbox App and then re-add it to the app.
