Discus and support can no longer open microsoft jigsaw. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I can no longer open my jigsaw puzzle. I was able to open it for a time, but no longer.     can no longer open microsoft jigsaw.


    I can no longer open my jigsaw puzzle. I was able to open it for a time, but no longer. What gives?

    Could you please tell me how to fix Microsoft jigsaw. It will open, but no puzzles can be played.. It's frozen

    Microsoft Jigsaw won't let me sign in and comes up with the message "This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw".

    can no longer open microsoft jigsaw.

    The game still works as I just played it and earned a couple of achievements. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.

    Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
