Can no longer download BF1. Not in ‘ready to install’.

In Dec of 2016 I purchased the Battlefield 1 Xbox One S bundle. I played BF1 religiously for the next year. I uninstalled to make room for some other games. Now, I wanted to play BF again, but it’s no longer in my ready to install. If I go to the store page
it just says not sold serparately. I chatted with support and she asked for proof of my bundle purchase. I sent it and she said the backend team will take a look. I get an email today basically saying that BF1 is not showing as connected to my account. I mean
have achievements for BF1, I have dozens of captures of me playing, I have all the dlc so far. So wtf am I supposed to do now, go spend $80 on a game I already had when I bought umbrellas console?

Installation stopped. Can't download games!

So when I'm trying to install games off of my ready to install list the game I have chosen will start to download but then stop usually on about the 1 or 2 % mark. It then doesn't restart and I now can no longer install games or apps.

BACK COMPAT ISSUE

I am trying to see what games are ready to install, but I can no longer remove games from the ready to install list to cycyle and see the digital back compatible games I own. Any help?

If it was game shared or linked to another account, and you want to play it on that account, you will have to buy it again.

even i have the same problem....i had few 360 and xbox one games updates pending and it was paused. Now after the new fall update i dont see them in queue, i have to go to store to install then it disappears after system restart. strange thing is i am unable
to open bf1 and for honor it says " not ready yet battlefield 1 needs to finish installing or show ready to install before you can launch it ( 0x80270300)...

So these are not games you yourself purchased? They were shown as Ready to Install when you first set it up?

Okay, in that case it sounds like this console was still marked as someone else's Home console, meaning that their purchased games could be downloaded onto the machine - ie, they were ready to install. However, either you resetting the console or them changing
their Home console revoked this and the console is no longer the Home of the other person's profile, meaning the games are no longer ready to install. Which is how it should be; in this scenario, they should never have been shown as ready to install.

The Ready to Install tab is no longer there.

You will only see the games the are bc compatible with Xbox One. Some games are not longer available to download.

But just go to my game and apps in the ready to install.
