    Can no longer connect to my xbox


    I've recently been using the xbox one streaming feature with absolutely no problems. Out of the blue, i was no longer able to connect to my xbox from the app. I can turn the xbox on from my computer, but when it tries to connect i get the message "We couldn't
    connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connected to the same network as this device." It is by the way.

    Was playing a game about 30 minutes ago and everything was fine. I quit out of the game and tried using the ESPN app on the dashboard. It disconnected me and since then I can no longer connect. Everything else can connect to the internet fine.

    Any Error Codes you encounter: Have a connection to the internet but can not connect to XBL

    What type of internet do you have? Cable

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Charter

    What is your internet speed and ping? 13.8 mbps down / 1.07 mbps up and 13 ms Ping

    When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? There's a problem with your connection.

    So the issue is connecting to LIVE, correct? Are you still having this issue? If so, does it persist if you wire directly to the modem?

    80151912 can’t connect to Xbox live

    Hello,

    I'm in France and I've had the same problem since yesterday afternoon.
    My Xbox 360 is well connected to the internet but my profile no longer connects to Xbox Live, when I test the connection the error appears with the number 80151912.
    I deleted the console cache and my profile but since I can no longer connect to xbox live I can't even download my profile again.
    Would the problem be general ?
