Can No Longer Connect to my Wireless Internet on Xbox One

Sometimes a router needs a restart. Could you give that a try?

Hello this might sound crazy but unplug console and internet until all power is dead. Once proper fully cut reply and reboot everything up. Try connecting to the internet again via console.

Hope we are discussing about your Xbox one "First edition" here.

If thats the case the Wifi module/CHipset might have malfuctioned.

If it dosen't work after trying all the steps suggested by our Mods and ambassadors, send to Microsoft service.

My simple solution:Use a LAN Cable and GAME ON.Coz i did the same.

although other devices are connected, your router may need to be restarted.

switch off the power to your router and unplug the power from the wall socket for 5 minutes to clear its cache, then plug it back in and switch the power back on.

wait for all the lights to go green before trying to connect your Xbox.

while you are waiting for the router you could try a Power Cycle of your Xbox.

hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a beep and the Xbox turns off.

unplug the power from the wall socket for a couple of minutes then connect it back up and switch it on.
