Can no longer access the email I created my Minecraft account with.

When I created my Minecraft account, I used my mom's school email; however, she no longer works for that school district. So, I cannot access that email to reset the security codes that I forgot the answers to. Is there a way to reset the email using some Microsoft service, or am I stuck with 30 dollars that effectively dematerialized with my mom's email?

I'm afraid there's no way to access the codes without access to the email it being sent to. You might need to repurchase the game. Apologies.

so there is no way I can't access my migrated minecraft account (I don't remember the email that was created when the account was migrated, only the original email used for the creation of the minecraft account)?

I found out that the microsoft account might got deleted. Is there any way that i can change my minecraft's account email? I have no access to microsoft email. Whenever i tried to log into my minecraft account, it kept telling me that the email doesn't exist. So because of that i created account with the same exact email like the old one.

I just want to confirm if you still have access to your Mojang account in game or through the website?

If you still can login using an email that no longer exists to Mojang or Minecraft website, you can actually start the migration process to a Microsoft account. You have an option to use an existing Microsoft account or create a new account.

This does not answer the orignal question, this simply offers a way to reset the password. The problem is that the users original Gamertag is no longer associated with the email address that was used to purchase Minecraft, and a new Gamertag was created and assigned to that same email. The user wants to use their original Gamertag and therefore have access to their purchased Minecraft.

I am having this same issue. My Microsoft account did not recognize my Gamertag, I was asked to create a new one. Now when I logon I only see the new Gamertag, and I do not get credit for purchasing Minecraft, therefore I'm being promtped to buy it again. I would like my Gamertag (which was successfuly migrated in April 2021) to be associated with my Microsoft account email. THIS is the issue I think the original post refers to.
