1. From Xbox Home, go to settings, and then select System.
   
2. Select Storage.
3. Highlight the storage device that contains the content you want to transfer, and then press
   Y for Device Options.
4. Select Transfer Content.

As stated by other ambassadors you will need to perform a license transfer to your new console then click to redownload the games again. This will put a new digital license on the console allowing all users access as before

Yeah, you have to redownload it after the transfer to redownload the license. Since it's already on the harddrive, it should just download the license which will be quicker.

And you redownloaded the game after the transfer?

My husband just said no, he did it before the transfer. I'll have him redownload. If it works, I'll let you know, if not, I'll let you know that too. It'll be about an hour or so...
